After School Care (ASC): from school close till 6pm
Matua Community Hall - we have a separate "seniors lounge" (8+ yrs)! Pickups from Matua School, Bellevue Primary - Otumoetai Intermediate children make their own way to us (on rainy days we try arrange to pick up) .
Arataki Community Hall - pickups from Arataki Primary, St Thomas More, Omanu Primary, Te Kura O Matapihi, Mt Intermediate
Papamoa Sport and Rec Centre (PSRC) - Pickups from Papamoa Primary, Te Akau Ki Papamoa, Golden Sands. Papamoa College make their own way to us. At PSRC, specialised extra curricular sport/activities are offered privately onsite at PSRC and in the nearby Papamoa area, eg. karate, dance, art, martial arts, swimming - and we are happy to usher children to these activities. Click here to see the activities available at PSRC (to be booked through separate providers). We will also drop the children to extra curricula in the nearby Papamoa area. Before School Care (BSC): Matua Community Hall (7am - 8.30am, with session options)
Fairhaven School, Te Puke (7am - 8.30am, with session options)
Arataki Community Hall (6.45am - 8.45am) - drops offs to Arataki Primary, St Thomas More, Omanu Primary, Mt Intermediate, Tahatai Coast School
We'll take NEW ENTRANTS to their classroom after Before School Care and collect them from their classrooms for After School Care until they are confident making their way to us. Please let us know if you would like this service.
COVID-19 NOTICE: at some schools we are unable to collect children from their classrooms during Level 1.

Our General Daily Routine at After School Care
2.30pm/3.00pm Roll, Afternoon Tea, structured freeplay
3.40pm A planned enrichment activity is offered each day, offering children the opportunity to CREATE, PLAY and MAKE , in the form of arts and crafts, games, physical activity, theatre sports (eg. role-play, dancing), kitchen or science-based activities.
Per MSD directions, we encourage but do not insist children join in the structured enrichment activity. A wide variety of choice activities, including colouring, playdough, lego, card games, cars, imagination games, ball games and outside play are always available for those who choose not to join in the planned enrichment activity, and our staff are ready to facilitate child-led activities and games too :-)
4.30 pm - 4.45pm Tidy up, Roll
4.50pm - 5.10pm Homework support offered
(children must come when called)
4.45pm - 5.15pm (winter) or 5.30pm (summer)
Outside play (weather depending), or quiet inside freeplay
6.00pm Programme closes
