Booking cut-off is 4pm the day before.

Clicking "Book Term" will take you to the Booking Platform.
There is NO OBLIGATION to book until you are happy with the days, dates and fee. Once you're happy, move forward to complete the booking.
After School Care available until 6pm for children from Te Akau ki Papamoa and Tahatai Coast School
⚠️ CRITICAL SAFETY NOTES: For your child's safety, you must:
1. Book the correct session
2. Ensure your child’s school and age is listed correctly in their profile.
Failure to do this means your child will not be on the correct pickup list.

Once you're happy, click "NEXT" to add yours and your children's details and complete the booking. Make sure to check the Booking Confirmation email too.

It is critical that you get your forms in early so that winz has time to process your forms, otherwise the booking is payable weekly upfront, daily, to confirm your child's bookings.
Please forward your Winz confirmation to admin@play-time.co.nz or upload it via your Bookbear Wallet.
The confirmed expected weekly Winz subsidy will be added to your profile, and only the weekly Parent Portion will be payable through your Bookbear wallet.
Please note that if Winz stop your subsidy for whatever reason, the expected subsidy will fall away from the date it was not received, and the charges will be payable by you.
