Term 1 2026 Booking Cut-Off times:
After School Care booking cut-off is 12 midnight.
Before School Care (delivered at Play Time Te Manawa) booking cut-off is 4pm the day before.
Mark your child absent in Bookbear by 2.15pm (session is not credited) or txt the Play Time Golden Sands Absence Txt Number: 020 4010 9834
Clicking "Book Term" will take you to the Enrolmy Booking Platform. There is NO OBLIGATION to book until you are happy with the days and costs shown. Once you're happy, click "NEXT" to add yours and your children's details and complete the booking. Make sure to check the Booking Confirmation email too.

It is critical that you get your forms in early so that winz has time to process your forms, otherwise the invoice is payable upfront to confirm your child's bookings.
Please forward your Winz confirmation to admin@play-time.co.nz.
The confirmed expected weekly Winz subsidy will be added to your account, and only the weekly Parent Portion will be payable through your BookBear wallet.
Please note that if Winz stop your subsidy for whatever reason, the expected subsidy will fall away from the date it was not received, and the invoice will be payable by you.
Currently there are no discounts built into Bookbear ie. 5% Full Week (5 day) & Sibling Discounts on exactly the same bookings made at exactly the same time.
Book as per normal and these discounts will be loaded at the end of Term 1 as a credit to your Bookbear wallet on fulfilment of Regular Full Term Full Week Bookings.
Discounts do not apply to Casual/Ad-hoc bookings.

Failure to book the correct pickup session will result in your child NOT being on the pickup list.
