BOOKING PLATFORM FOR TERM 1 - BOOKBEAR: 
Bookbear is a new booking management platform that gives users more 

flexibility and clarification in their bookings and payments.
Some Bookbear highlights: you'll have an online wallet that you can manage, the booking cut-off for the next day is 12 midnight, you will be able to mark your child absent in the Bookbear app until 15 mins before the session starts (session is not credited) and fortnightly bookings are available.
NOTES:  

*The price you see is the price you pay - there are no additional card fees, although a

.30c transaction fee per transaction applies. 

*5% Full Week & 5% Sibling Discounts available on exactly the same bookings made at exactly the same time for the Full Term. 
Book as per normal and these discounts will be loaded at the end of Term 1 as a credit to your Bookbear wallet on fulfilment of Regular Weekly Bookings for the Term.
Discounts do not apply to Casual/Ad-hoc bookings.  
he credit will reflect in your Bookbear wallet at the end of Term 1.

*Payment in Bookbear is weekly in advance on the Wednesday prior through your Bookbear wallet to confirm the following week's bookings.
If not paid in advance, the bookings fall away (ie. there are NO BOOKINGS secured)

Quick guide (or view these short Tutorial Videos): 

1. Your Profile:  Enter your user profile details

2. Click "Manage Children" (Enter child details)

3. Enter Emergency Contact details & "Manage Authorised Pickups"

NOTE: 1, 2 and 3 must be completed before creating a booking.

Then click "Create Booking" - choose site, scroll forward to February, March, April to get to the Term 1 dates you need.
You'll see sessions available - Choose Single Day, Weekly or Fortnightly. 

Once you have clicked days & dates you need, click "Book Selected Dates" - it will take you through to the sessions to confirm them. 
This is where the pricing will show up too.   
*Ensure "child" is selected
Then click Continue to payment
(Payment is only required the week prior to secure the bookings)​​​
